Today Andrew was on the Mountain Track on Ben Nevis. Despite the forecast having strong winds the day turned out better than expected. The recent low fronts that have blown through has stripped a lot of the snow. Andrew reported that crampons were not needed but there is verglas and neve from 1000m upwards which needed a lot of care, but avoidable. Good views and smiles all round.
