Castle Ridge on day 1 and Tower Ridge on day 2 with descent via Ledge Route.
An advanced combination:

Below is a list of the ridges from easiest to hardest.
CMD arête: for those looking to get into scrambling.
Ledge route: a great beginners ridge.
Castle Ridge: the shortest, but there is interest along the whole route with a few challenging sections.
Tower Ridge: the most famous ridge on the mountain, with a few very exposed sections.
North East Buttress: one of the longer and harder ridges graded at Very Difficult, giving a real feeling of being on the North Face.
Observatory Ridge: the hardest and most continuous on the north face, once you start climbing the 420m you are on rock the whole way, (weather dependant).
