What we offer
Our instructors are experienced on the Skye Cuillin ridge and are very good at leading people through the complicated terrain.
Our instructors know the best routes and short cuts to keep you moving towards the Skye Munros and amazing views.
We have a flexible approach to the routes picking the best for you with a maximum ratio of 1 guide to 3 clients.
All technical equipment for the ridge is supplied.
The Skye Munros range has the longest ridge line in the UK connecting the 11 Munros. The gabbro rock is very grippy and friendly to gain the summits of the 11 munros. In the 4 days you will travel over some of the classic sections of the Skye Cuillin ridge and get to some of the most spectacular peaks in the UK.
Having a guide to lead and support you through the trickier sections and show you the way could be the difference between success and failure, on these intimidating peaks.
The scrambling up to the summits is not harder than grade 3 over the 4 days with great classic sections like the west ridge of Sgurr nan Gillean, The In’ Pinn’ and the ridge between Sgurr a'Mhadaidh and Sgurr a'Ghreadaidh.
The 4-day itinerary is flexible with weather and fitness with the itinerary below being the ideal progression through the scrambles and peaks.
Day 1 – The southern peaks 12km 1450m ascent, Grade 2
Sgurr nan Eag, Sgurr Dubh Mor and Sgurr Alasdair
